Frequently asked questions
Do we have to switch EMRs?+
No. Dr. Arrange and HomeDen Connect run alongside the EMR you already use, and custom projects are designed around your existing system.
Does the AI make diagnoses?+
No. AI only assists — flagging areas in photos or summarizing charts. Diagnosis and treatment planning stay with the dentist.
How is patient data handled?+
We map privacy and medical-law requirements before any build. Where needed, we design on-premises systems so patient data never leaves the clinic's own servers.
What about medical advertising rules?+
Dr. Alaseo screens out expressions that violate Korea's Medical Service Act (Article 56) before publishing, and the dentist sets the clinical standards.
Is this only for dentistry?+
No. Dentistry is where we're deepest today, but the intake → consult → exam → aftercare flow carries over to other specialties.
