What makes you different from a typical dev agency?

TreeSoop is a team specializing in AI, R&D, and AX (AI Transformation) with workflow automation. Our researchers read and implement papers themselves and carry that work all the way to production, and we design workflow automation solutions as well. We're not a simple outsourcing shop — we run the full cycle from technical validation to product.

Can we work with you without in-house AI/ML expertise?

Absolutely. A dedicated PM translates the technical details into plain language, and we share research progress and experiment results in real time through Notion.

Do we receive the source code and models?

Yes. On project completion, we hand over the source code, trained models, and technical documentation. Ownership is 100% yours.

Can we commission R&D on its own?

Yes. Many of our projects cover only technical validation (PoC), paper implementation, or model development. Productization afterward can be arranged separately.

What are typical timelines and pricing?

A PoC typically takes 1–2 months; a full service build takes 3–6 months. The initial consultation is free, and we provide a detailed quote based on technical difficulty and scope.

Do you take on government-funded R&D or research projects?

Yes. We have delivered government-funded R&D programs in Korea, including for KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency). We also support the administrative side, such as program reports and research documentation.
